For the first time in my life I get the feeling I have lost touch with reality! I know I'm getting long in the tooth but current events have me scratching my head in bewilderment. At times I have even felt like today is a nightmare or a new episode of Twilight Zone.

I saddled a colt and headed to the pasture to do some serious pondering about the situation. The colt was about the same. The trees, brush, and tank all looked the same. Creation in general looked the same. The wildlife hadn't changed.

The more I looked, the more clearly I could think. I asked God to give me supernatural wisdom to help me get grounded again. I began to see God again, and true to His Word, He hadn't changed.

I began to understand that what had changed was the way I was looking at things. I was looking through a distorted view of my surroundings. I had listened to their reports and focused on how they perceived reality.

I prayed and asked God for eyes of faith and Truth. Things began to change.
God's heart and will is the future of our reality as we walk by faith and not by sight.

Our ministry has been blessed and fruitful. God has been faithful to His promises to us. One Sunday I preached the Word, had a water baptism, dedicated a child, and performed a wedding ceremony. We are seeing souls birthed into the Kingdom as we have seen for the last twenty years of this ministry. People are still hurting, searching for reality, and willing to listen. We have lived with these people, loved them, led them to God, and helped them up when they failed. We continue to travel hard, work diligently, and preach faithfully.

I confess my technological skills are still greatly lacking, but I do pray and try to maintain correspondence as well as possible. Our monthly support continues to remain unsettling at times, but we are still trusting God, and He is always faithful.

For all of you that have prayed for us or supported our ministry financially, thank you. It has been a year since my knee surgery and it is improving. Thank you for your prayers. God bless you for all YOU do.
You are included because you love Jesus and are a friend of missions.
